Frequently asked
Do you sell to individuals, or only wholesale?
We supply wholesale only — to resellers, brands, laboratories, and institutions ordering in bulk, with a minimum of 10 boxes. We do not sell single units or to individuals.
How do you verify purity?
Each batch is analysed by reverse-phase HPLC for purity and by mass spectrometry for identity, with results on a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis alongside heavy metals, residual solvents, and water content.
What exactly does the 99% purity guarantee cover?
Every batch is guaranteed at least 99% pure by HPLC, stated on its COA. If a batch you receive tests below 99%, we refund or replace it — no quibbling. Full terms are in our Terms of Sale.
Do you test for heavy metals and contaminants?
Yes. Beyond HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, every batch is screened for heavy metals by ICP-MS, plus residual solvents and water content by Karl Fischer. Microbial and endotoxin testing is available on request.
What are your minimums and lead times?
Minimum order is 10 boxes, and typical production and shipping is 10–12 days combined. We produce over 200,000 vials a month, so bulk and recurring orders ship on scheduled runs.
Can you produce custom sequences or blends?
Yes. Share the sequence, strength, and quantity and we’ll confirm feasibility, quote, and lead time. We also produce blends to spec.
How does pricing work?

Do you ship internationally and handle customs?
We ship worldwide with tracking and prepare the export documentation your order needs, serving 30+ countries. Buyers remain responsible for import compliance in their own market.
