What to verify before ordering
Before requesting a quote, define the compounds, strengths, total vial count, intended research use, packaging needs and documentation requirements. A clear specification reduces back-and-forth and makes supplier comparisons more useful.
Supplier documentation
Ask how the supplier identifies batches, what analytical documentation is available and how the quoted material is linked to the documentation. Documentation should be understandable and specific to the material being supplied.
Order structure
For mixed orders, confirm whether the MOQ is calculated per compound or across the total order. PeptisLabs currently uses a 100-vial total mixed MOQ that can be mixed across compounds and strengths.
Quote and fulfillment questions
Confirm availability, packaging, shipping destination, lead-time expectations and the process for requesting updated batch documentation before placing an order.
